[22a-M206-7] Exploring Decisive Factors for TCC of Paraelectric Perovskites Using Machine Learning

In multilayer ceramic capacitors for communications or in-vehicle systems, paraelectric materials are used. Because of the severe criteria for these systems, decisive factors for the material properties should be explored in advance of exploration of materials themselves. In this work, investigation on decisive factors of temperature coefficient of dielectric constant was conducted, followed by material design based on the obtained factors. As a result, we successfully prepared materials of which properties are comparable to those of currently used materials.
