[22a-P04-13] Importance of Repetitive Plasma Treatment for Callus in plasmid DNA Transfection
Keywords:plant cell, gene transfection, plasma
Methods for highly efficient introduction of macromolecules such as plasmids into plant cells have not yet been established. Based on our experience with the successful introduction of Cas9, a medium-sized molecule, into plant callus cells by plasma, we have now attempted to introduce GUS plasmids. As a result, we found that repeated plasma treatment is effective for the introduction of macromolecules into callus cells.
