Although imaging of radiation sources and beams during radiotherapy is a new research field, it has been performed to obtain static images. However, in high dose rate blackytherapy using Ir-192 source or particle therapy, the position of the radiation source and particle beam as well as the intensity changes of the particle beam with time are important. If they are realrised, it will be a great advance in medical physics and a lot of information wil be provided for imaging in radiotherapy. We conducted gamma-ray and X-ray imaging with a list-mode data acquisition system, and tried to obtain temporal changes in gamma-ray and X-ray distribution. As a result, it has become possible to obtain a lot of interesting information that could not be obtained so far.
