[22p-A102-15] Visualization of the radioactive contamination by 177Lutetium oxodotreotide treatment
Keywords:Compton camera, gamma ray, Lu-177 oxodotreotide
Recently, 177Lu oxodotreotide was approved as a treatment for Neuroendocrine tumor. However, management of radioactive contamination was required large injection of 177Lu oxodotreotide of 7.4 GBq for a patient. The purpose of this study was to perform easily measurement of the radioactive contamination. Therefore, the radioactive contamination was visualized with Compton camera. We carried out tests in the toilet that was used by a patient. The gamma-ray sources were found in the toilet bowl (0.55 μSv/h) and the rack (0.65 μSv/h) direction. Our Compton camera was able to measure the radioactive contamination from 177Lu.
