Today, measurement of Candida Mannan (CM) takes several days, and a rapid detection is required. In our laboratory, CM has been measured with a plasmon-enhanced fluorescent immunosensor using a plasmonic chip, which is a substrate with a wavelength-size periodic structure on its surface and coated with a thin metal film. In this study, we investigated the immobilization method of the capture antibody and aimed to sensitively detect CM in solution and oral Candida in saliva.
