[22p-B101-1] Toward strongly correlated-oxide spintronics: The role of synchrotron radiation

Keywords:oxide, synchrotron radiation, spintronics

In perovskite oxides, there are many materials that exhibit various physical properties originating from the strongly correlated electrons, and there are various combinations that can host two-dimensional carrier gases with large spin-orbit interactions. We have fabricated various perovskite-oxide-based single-crystal ferromagnetic heterostructures by molecular-beam epitaxy for exploring new spintronic functions using synchrotron radiation measurements. In this talk, I would like to introduce our recent experiment on highly efficient spin-current conversion phenomena.
