[22p-B102-2] Elucidation and control of Multi-wavelength Luminescence Mechanism of Nitride Semiconductors Toward the Creation of Luminescent Syntesizers

Keywords:nitride semiconductors, three-dimensional structures, luminescence synthesizers

In our laboratory, we are focusing on synthesis of emission wavelengths by three-dimensional semiconductor structures by controlling polarization and plasmonics effects, aiming at development of emission synthesizers that emit light of arbitrary wavelengths with high radiation recombination probability. In this symposium, we will discuss the elucidation and exploration of optical properties of multi-wavelength structures, control of their optical properties from the viewpoint of crystal growth mechanism, and prospects toward the realization of luminescence synthesizers based on these approaches.
