[22p-B103-17] Improved cell performance by high adhesion of PEDOT:PSS between Si nanowires

SHINICHI HIMURO1, KEISUKE SATO1 (1.Tokyo Denki Univ.)

Keywords:Solar Cells, PEDOT:PSS

In Si/PEDOT:PSS solar cells, the adhesion of PEDOT:PSS to the concave portions of the textured structure on the Si substrate surface is insufficient, which hinders the improvement of power generation efficiency. Therefore, we have devised a method to apply DEP (diethyl phthalate) on the PEDOT:PSS layer and to make PEDOT:PSS adhere sufficiently between Si in the textured structure by the pressure applied during spin-coating. In this presentation, we will report the results of our investigation of solar cell performance when DEP coating is applied to Si nanowires.
