[22p-C101-4] Time constant measurements of RC circuits with an electric double layer capacitor

The shorter time constants of RC circuits were measured with an electric double layer capacitor instead of an ideal capacitor. These experimental results can be explained by the simplified equivalent circuit called a transmission line model of an electric double layer capacitor.
