[22p-C102-4] Molecular dynamics study of phonon transport of electron-irradiated graphene
Keywords:phonon transport, electron irradiation, Molecular dynamics
The heat transport characteristics of graphene modified by electron beam irradiation were analyzed by molecular dynamics. Vertical irradiation at room temperature gave a structure containing vacancies as the main defect, and oblique irradiation at high temperature gave an amorphous-like structure. In the analysis of heat transport characteristics, the decrease in thermal conductivity due to the formation of vacancy defects is more remarkable than in amorphization, and in the analysis of phonon density of state, the scattering of optical phonons due to vacancy defects is more significant in the decrease in thermal conductivity.
