[22p-C106-1] Neuromorphic devices using conductive polymers

Yuya Kawashima1, Kentaro Kajimoto1, Yuki Usami1, Jiannan Bao1, Yuya Tsukahara1, Suguru Kimoto1, Hiroshi Ohyama1, 〇Takuya Matsumoto1 (1.Osaka Univ.)

Keywords:Neuromorphic networks, Conductive polymers, Reservoir

Conductive polymers consist of ordered domains with wide polaron band and disordered insulating parts. By introduction of degraded less-doped grins indicating nonlinear properties, conductive polymer network is itself minimal model of neuromorphic network for reservoir computing.
