Keywords:Film, Ferroagnetism, Superconductivity

New junctions between superconductors and ferromagnets are expected to lead to the study of proximity effect and spin transport, and to the development of superconducting spintronics. Most of the junctions that have been studied so far consist of alloys and oxides, and there are very few studies on nitrides, especially those using epitaxy technology. In this study, we fabricated a junction between NbN and Fe4N, which has a high Curie temperature and high spin polarization, by epitaxial growth and investigated the interaction between them in terms of electrical and magnetic properties.
