We have constructed a system that automatically measures the SIMS spectrum while changing the cluster size (n) under constant acceleration energy (E). In this research, we rely on E / n. We measured the SIMS spectrum of the changing 1,4-nitrobenzylpyridinium chloride (NBP) and examined the data analysis method for extracting molecular structure information.
