Keywords:optical frequency comb, micro-comb

A micro-comb is a promising technology to enable a compact and low-energy-consumption optical frequency comb source. In this study, we developed a measurement system to simultaneously evaluate detuning between comb frequencies and resonant frequencies of the microresonator over a broad frequency range, which may provide useful metrics for improving the power conversion efficiency to the soliton state. We will discuss the effectiveness of the method by comparing the measurement results obtained for the microresonators with various dispersion characteristics.
