Coupling with magnetism and chirality induces magnetochiral (MCh) effects bringing about directional birefringence for unpolarized electromagnetic waves. MCh effects in natural materials are usually very weak, but it is possible to enhance the effects in metamolecules.
In this presentation, we show a circuit model of the MCh metamolecule and discuss the characteristics in detail.
