[22p-P08-9] Investigation of properties in Cu₂Sn_1-xGe_xS₃ by observation of photoluminescence

We investigated the excitation intensity dependence and temperature dependence of Cu₂Sn_1-xGe_xS₃ photoluminescence spectra with different Ge contents.
As the Ge content increased, the peak of wide luminescence shifted to the high energy side.
Exciton emission was observed on the higher energy side in the sample with the highest Ge content.
