In organic electronics, it is still an unsolved problem how to elaborately arrange nanomaterials. In this study, we have focused on electrochemical methods that allowed us to control the formation and the amount of products. Our developed method, "Nanoscale electrocrystallization", that enables site-selective fabrication of organic nanocrystals is one of the promising methods. Using this effective process, we developed novel organic nanomaterials with electronic function for electronic devices. In this presentation, we will report on the structures and properties of novel phthalocyanine-based nanocrystals and bulk crystals.
