[22p-P13-5] Highly-Aligned Thin-Film Fabrication of D–A π-Conjugated Polymer Based on Pre-aggregation and High-Speed Bar-Coating Process

The aggregation state in solution of PDPP-DTT, which is a donor-acceptor π-conjugated polymer, was investigated because aggregation state contributes significantly to the fabrication of highly-alined thin-film by high-speed bar-coating process. In the case of low molecular weight PDPP-DTTT, orientation degree of the thin film reached 0.87. In the case of high molecular weight PDPP-DTT, molecular orientation was very small. Aggregation in solution should be inhibited by the flexibility of the long polymer main chains. In this talk, the details of the results and dynamic light scattering measurements on polymer solutions will be presented.
