Keywords:inorganic EL, red phosphor

Inorganic EL (EL: Electro-Luminescence) is a device that is excited and emits light when an electric field is applied. The use of inorganic phosphors in the emission layer is expected to lead to long-life light-emitting devices, but there are disadvantages such as difficulty in color representation. In this study, we fabricated Ba2ZnS3:Mn powder, which is expected to be a red phosphor, using ZnS and BaS as starting materials.
