In this study, we will create optically battery-less microdevice technology for implantable device. We have used a 0.35 μm standard CMOS process until now. We will try to shift to a 0.18 μm standard CMOS process. The reason is that we will miniaturize our device and de reduce power consumption. In this presentation, we will report designing reference voltage source with low power consumption and voltage measurement circuit which controls switches based on input voltage. And, the evaluation of circuits is discussed.
