For the carbon nanotube applications, the networked structure of CNTs is important to understand the fundamental properties of functional materials and devices. It is, however, difficult to fully understand the conduction mechanism of these complicated structures directly related to the properties of an individual CNT and high ordered structures. In this time, we present the mechanism estimation method based on the local minimum resistance, which is related to the competitive behavior of metallic- and semiconducting-CNTs, observed medium temperature regime between room temperature and 2.0 K. Using this method, we can easily estimate the conduction mechanism of networked structure of CNTs.
