[23a-B203-11] Effect of Dry Purification of SWCNTs on M/S Separation by the Electric-filed Induced Layer Formation Method

In this study, the effect of dry-purification on M/S separation of SWCNTs by Electric-field induced layer formation (ELF) method was investigated using SWCNTs with iron catalyst removed at different processing temperatures of 750, 800, and 850°C. SWCNTs were well dispersed under all purification conditions, but slight differences in the shape of the optical absorption spectra were observed at different processing temperatures. The effect on the dispersion and separation of SWCNTs after dry-purification will be presented.
