[23a-B203-7] A Study on Dry-purification of SWCNT Samples with Different Tube-diameters

In this work, the process for dry-purification of single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with the mean tube-diameters of 0.9, 1.3, and 1.7 nm was developed by using FeCl₃. Further, the study on SWCNTs' characteristics before and after dry-purification was carried out. The yields of dry-purification experiments clearly correlated with the carbon contents of initial SWCNTs, which suggests that the dry-purification process can efficiently remove the iron impurity from SWCNTs.
