The method that we propose here can suppress timing jitter in asynchronous optical sampling (ASOPS) of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy, not by stabilizing repetition frequency of pulsed lasers, but by collecting time axis after the measurement. Our method does not require feedback circuits for pulsed laser repetition nor additional laser for frequency reference, which will expand the range of application of ASOPS terahertz spectroscopy.
