The frequency stability of CPT (Coherent Population Trapping) type atomic clock decreases due to the light shift changes. Here, we evaluated the dependency between CPT resonance frequencies of Cs atoms and CPT resonance conditions such as excitation light intensities, frequency modulation indexes, and wavelengths, in detail by experiments. As a result, we found that a CPT resonance condition gives no light shift changes against excitation light intensity changes.
