[23p-A105-1] Development of long-term measurement system for intra-stem ion imaging

We constructed a measurement system capable of long-term measurement for application to a cultivation monitoring system, and verified whether it is possible to acquire changes in the internal pH of plants during cultivation. First, the previously used glass reference electrode was changed to a tension type Ag/AgCl electrode. Internal pH imaging of plants under cultivation was performed with the modified measurement system. When acidic fertilizer was absorbed, We acquired the appearance of blue acidic regions in the plant body. Therefore, we succeeded in visualizing pH changes in the plant body linked to fertilizer application.
