Compared to vision and audio technology, haptic sensor technology has not yet matured. In this lecture, I will summarize the difficulties of tactile sensing and current tactile sensor technology at first. Then I will introduce the development and application of our micro MEMS tactile sensors as research cases and activities as start-up.
