In this report, the numerical simulation model for the `PMITP + TCFF method’, which is a method for synthesizing nanoparticles at high production rate, is newly considered for the charging effect and the effect on the heating during the feedstock feeding to PMITP. For charging, the ion flux and electron flux from the plasma were calculated based on orbital motion limited (OML) theory. The thermionic and secondary electron emission from feedstock particles were also taken into consideration. As a result, it was found that the particles have charge varying from negative to positive during their being heated, which influences heating effect on the particles.
