Keywords:optical device, organic EL, hybrid fluorescence

Since the light emitting layer inside the organic EL is made of an organic substance that is sensitive to oxidation, it has the disadvantage of having a short light emitting life. Therefore, in this research, we try to improve the deterioration by synthesizing an oxidation-resistant inorganic material (SiO2) by the sol-gel method and producing a hybrid fluorescent thin film with an organic light-emitting material. Further, the goal is to improve dispersibility by covalently bonding an organic material having a vinyl group and an inorganic material by a radical reaction.
