In this report, the "chirality" is introduced into the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites (PVK) to discover the parameters affecting the PVK’s chirality. Circular Dichroism (CD) and Second harmonic generation CD (SHGCD) measurement are employed for characterizing the chirality of PVK single crystal as well as fabricated thin films respectively. The chiral photoelectric response of the chiral PVK crystal and thin film was evaluated by photocurrent excited by circular polarized laser (CPL) with wavelength at 450 nm.
