[23p-C301-1] Femtosecond Laser Ablation of Transparent Fluoro-Polymer CYTOP
Keywords:femtosecond laser, ablation, CYTOP
CYTOP, a fluororesin polymer material, is highly transparent having a refractive index close to that of water, and thus, expected to be used for super-resolution 3D observation of biomaterials. We aimed to create a 3D structure in CYTOP by multiphoton absorption ablation using a femtosecond laser.
The fundamental (1030 nm) or its harmonic light of the femtosecond laser (220 fs, 100 kHz) was focused with an objective lens and irradiated on the CYTOP substrate, and the processing characteristics were investigated.
