[23p-C301-5] Observation of phenomenon of cobalt precipitation from glyoxylic acid cobalt complex ink induced by femtosecond laser pulses
Keywords:Glyoxylic acid metal complexes, Femtosecond laser direct writing, Cobalt precipitation
We investigated the characteristics of cobalt precipitation from glyoxylic acid cobalt complex ink induced by femtosecond laser pulses to reduce the thermal diffusion. X-ray diffraction spectrum of the patterns fabricated at writing speed of 8 mm/s exhibited Co-rich patterns without significant oxidation, although the patterns fabricated at writing speed of 1 mm/s composed of CoO. The time-dependence of the precipitation was investigated using a pump-probe technique. The transmittance of the ink film irradiated at writing speed of 8 mm/s was not changed in the range of 0 to 550 ps, indicating that the Co was precipitated after 550 ps.
