Physical reservoir computing can process time series data with low learning cost and it is suitable for edge AI applications. We have proposed FeFET reservoir computing and fundamental tasks have been performed. In this study, we propose FeFET reservoir computing with parallel data processing for speech recognition and examine the performance.
