[23p-M206-4] A Ag₂S Island Network Reservoir that works with Optical Signal Inputs

We aim to realize a physical reservoir by a Ag₂S island network. In this device, non-linear resistance changes occur due to the growth and contraction of the silver filament by the diffusion and the redox reaction of silver ions. In this study, the goal is a development of a reservoir that uses light as an input signal, it was verified whether the light directly irradiating with the reservoir induces nonlinear conversion by introducing a polymer material that exhibits photoconductivity between Ag₂S islands.
