This work reconsiders the principle of least action suitable for dynamical system associated with the dressed photon / immanent electromagnetic field and suggests an expression of action integral. In this expression, the vector and scalar potential, and spatial and temporal integration are treated on an equal footing, and causality and anti-causality are considered reasonably.
