量子輸送シミュレーションの高速化に向けてハミルトニアンのサイズ縮小が重要である．等価モデルでは，一部の伝搬状態を抽出し，ハミルトニアンサイズを縮小する．しかし，バンド間トンネルでは，減衰状態が重要な役割を演じるため，減衰状態を陽には含まない等価モデルにより，バンド間トンネルを高精度に表現できるかは自明ではない．そこで，本研究では，等価モデルに基づきバンド間トンネル確率を計算し，その精度を評価した．
