[22a-E203-10] Optical properties due to a few moiré excitons in nanofabricated MoSe2/WSe2 heterobilayers

In this study, we observed PL signal from a few moiré excitons in a narrower region than the diffraction-limited region in nanofabricated MoSe2/WSe2 heterobilayers with a focused ion beam (FIB). The broad emission from a large number of inhomogeneous distributed moiré excitons was observed in the non-FIB processed region, while only sharp emission peaks from a small number of moiré excitons could be observed in the FIB processed region.
