riple-layer films, which comprise a soft layer sandwiched between two hard layers, has received much attention to enhance bending durability of flexible devices. Bending of the triple-layer films induces shear deformation of the soft layer, resulting in suppression of their surface strain. In this study, we fabricated triple-layer films composed of hard and soft layers with various mechanical properties and then evaluated their surface strain.
