Spontaneous orientation of molecular permanent dipole moment in amorphous vacuum-deposited films builds up film polarization. However, orientation mechanism and molecular design for the anisotropic dipole orientation have not been established. In this study, a new molecular design to induce spontaneous orientation polarization is proposed.
