[22a-P03-3] Synthesis of alloy using ultrasonic irradiation: application to thermoelectric materials

The conversion efficiency of thermoelectric conversion materials is controlled not only by their chemical state but also by their particle size. The synthesis of thermoelectric conversion alloys using ultrasonic irradiation is expected to be effective in simultaneously reducing the particle size and accelerate the solid phase reaction. In this study, we aimed to synthesize alloys that can be applied to thermoelectric materials from single elements in powder form by ultrasonic irradiation and supplementary thermal assistance.
