Perovskite ARuO₃ oxides attract attention for a long time because of the fruitful physics observed in the typical itinerant ferromagnetic metal SrRuO₃. However, targets in most of the previous studies are the oxide with Ru⁴⁺, while there is the possibility to obtain Ru³⁺ perovskite oxides by arranging rare earth elements (Ln) at A site. In this study, for the first step to explore the series of LnRuO₃, we fabricate single crystalline thin films of LaRuO₃ and evaluate the magnetotransport properties.
