[22p-E204-2] Fabrication and magnetotransport properties of LaRuO3 single crystalline thin films

Perovskite ARuO3 oxides attract attention for a long time because of the fruitful physics observed in the typical itinerant ferromagnetic metal SrRuO3. However, targets in most of the previous studies are the oxide with Ru4+, while there is the possibility to obtain Ru3+ perovskite oxides by arranging rare earth elements (Ln) at A site. In this study, for the first step to explore the series of LnRuO3, we fabricate single crystalline thin films of LaRuO3 and evaluate the magnetotransport properties.
