Cr2O3は絶縁性反強磁性体であり、結晶構造とスピン配列に起因して電気磁気効果や表面磁化（boundary magnetization）など、多彩な磁気特性を示す。これらの多彩な物性に起因して、反強磁性オーダーパラメータの電圧や磁場による制御が可能である。Pt/Cr2O3界面において、反強磁性オーダーパラメータを反映するホール効果が生じる可能性が示唆されたが、その起源は完全には明らかにされていない。本研究では、Pt/Cr2O3薄膜における異常ホール効果の磁場および温度依存性について検討した。
