Keywords:OLED, Push coating

In this study, the light-emittting and hole transporting layers were fabricated by using the push-coating method, in which a solution of a polymer semiconductor or other material with a large molecular weight is spread by a PDMS stamp. The thickness of the film can be controrolled by the concentration of the solution in this method. We fabricated inverted polymer based OLED in this method and compared with thickness of TFB and device performance.
