In this report, we will present fully printed flexible pressure sensors using a deep eutectic solvent induced porous conductive composite (DiPCC). This novel printable composite ink was prepared by simply mixing the PDMS, CB, and deep eutectic solvent (DES). A printed pressure sensor with a sensing layer as thin as 200 µm exhibited a high sensitivity of 0.014 kPa-1 and a wide working range up to 100 kPa, as well as excellent reliability and stability. We have successfully demonstrated our printed sensor in several practical applications, such as hand gesture reorganization, and robotic tactile perception.
