Radiation imaging is used for various field such as home security, medical and nondestructive inspection. To inspect more exactly, higher performance detection is required. Radiation imaging requires high spatial resolution and high radiation detection efficiency. To realize high resolution, thickness of scintillator have to be decreased. However, to realize high radiation detection efficiency, thickness of scintillator have to be increased. In this study, new optical fiber scitillator plate which can realize high resolution and high radiation detection efficiency simultaneously was developped.
