[22p-P01-3] A new SERS spectrum of 4-ABT molecule in single molecule level detection
Keywords:surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy, 4-aminobenzenethiol
4-aminobenzenethiol (4-ABT) molecule has been well investigated in surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) studies since the 2010s. From these studies, it is known that SERS spectrum of 4-ABT molecules changes by a visible light laser irradiation on the surface of silver nanostructures which is used for SERS detection. Here we found that when the concentration of 4-ABT molecules in the SERS solution was reduced to 8 × 10 ^ -9 M or less, the spectral changes reported disappeared and a new unique SERS spectrum was exhibited. More details will be discussed in the meeting.
