Keywords:Magnetic metamaterial

Recently time-varying metamaterials have attracted much attention. In particular, magnetic materials allows to modulate the magnetic permeability as a function of magnetic field and frequency in the range of MHz to THz. We have been working on the realization of time-varying metamaterials with magnetic permeability in the GHz range. In this study, we explored the possibility of controlling the effective magnetic field and modulating the magnetic permeability in Co thin film by using the spin Hall effect generated in the Pt layer.
