[22p-P03-23] Measurement Error Reduction in Frequency-Domain Thermoreflectance Techniques for Anisotropic Materials

In this work, we have developed a new experimental setup in frequency-domain thermoreflectance (FDTR) techniques for anisotropic materials two-dimensional materials. In our FDTR systems, the probe beam is kept almost circular in shape to reduce measurement errors. By using our new FDTR systems, several isotropic and anisotropic materials have been measured, and obtained results are qualitatively explained by thermal conductivity differences.
