[23a-D215-4] YBCO coated conductor using Sr1-xNdxTiO3 as conductive buffer layer

Ni by an electroplating technique and Sr0.95Nd0.05TiO3 by a PLD method were epitaxially grown on a biaxially textured pure Cu tape as conductive buffer layers, and then a YBCO was epitaxially grown on the Sr0.95Nd0.05TiO3 layer by a PLD method. The Ni, Nd-STO, and YBCO layers were confirmed to be biaxially orientated. The resistivity at 77 K between the YBCO layer and the Cu tape was measured to be 0.77 Ω · cm. The Jc of the YBCO layer will be also reported.
