Crystals have various symmetries such as lattice translation symmetry, spatial inversion symmetry, and rotational symmetry. Our goal of this research project is to explore materials that realize various topological phases such as topological superconductors and higher-order topological insulators based on the symmetries and their expressions of materials. In this talk, I will introduce the results of these studies in detail.
